At Bunot (বুনোট), we carefully pack every saree before sending it to you. We currently offer delivery across Bangladesh through trusted courier services.

We deliver sarees across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and other major cities and districts.

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে শাড়ি ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি। ঢাকা সহ দেশের অন্যান্য শহর ও জেলাতেও আমাদের ডেলিভারি সেবা রয়েছে।

📦 Ready-to-Wear Sarees | রেডি-টু-ওয়্যার শাড়ি

Ready-to-Wear products are generally processed and dispatched within [1–2 working days] after order confirmation.

Delivery usually takes approximately:

  • Inside Dhaka: [1–3 working days]

  • Outside Dhaka: [2–5 working days]

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

✨ Bunot Atelier Pre-Orders | বুনোট Atelier প্রি-অর্ডার

Bunot Atelier features handcrafted and made-to-order sarees. Because each piece may require additional time for crafting, the delivery process is different from our Ready-to-Wear collection.

The estimated crafting/production time will be clearly mentioned on each Atelier product page.

The process:

01 — Order Confirmed
Your pre-order is confirmed after the required payment or advance payment.

02 — Crafting Begins
Our artisan/craft team begins preparing your saree.

03 — Quality Check
The finished saree is carefully checked before dispatch.

04 — Shipping
Once completed, your saree is handed over to the courier for delivery.

The total delivery timeframe for an Atelier order depends on the product's stated crafting time plus the applicable courier delivery time.

💰 Delivery Charges | ডেলিভারি চার্জ

Delivery charges depend on the delivery location, order type, and applicable courier rates.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

ডেলিভারি চার্জ আপনার লোকেশন, অর্ডারের ধরন এবং প্রযোজ্য কুরিয়ার চার্জের ওপর নির্ভর করে। অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch.

Please provide an active phone number and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আমাদের টিম ফোনে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।

তাই অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক মোবাইল নম্বর ও সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করুন।

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including:

  • Mobile number

  • District

  • Area

  • Detailed address

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.

📦 Checking Your Package

We recommend checking the package condition at the time of receiving it.

If you notice any serious external damage to the package, please contact Bunot Customer Support as soon as possible and follow our Returns & Exchange Policy.
